1. Use of the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use UseDesktop. By using our service, you represent that you are eligible and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
3. Software & Agent Usage
Our desktop agents and automation tools are provided solely for use on devices you own or control. You must not use our agents for harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.
Screenshots, logs, and system metadata collected by agents are used to improve functionality and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding associated with UseDesktop are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the service without prior written consent.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. You may also delete your account at any time.
6. Disclaimers
UseDesktop is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all automation tasks will succeed. Use of our service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseDesktop and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
